从到达雪场下车，到离开雪场上车，全程都有专人陪同。Our staff accompany the children at all times, from arrival at the resort until departure.
- 教练全部 CSIA / CASI 2 级或以上All coaches hold CSIA or CASI Level 2 certification or higher
- 3–5 人小班，零基础配助理教练Groups of 3–5, with an assistant coach for beginners
- 每天有巡视员负责应急，随时联系家长A patroller is on site every day to handle emergencies and keep parents informed
- 每天更新孩子的照片、视频和学习进度Daily photo, video and progress updates

午饭Lunch
午饭时间，孩子们将由教练和巡查员带领，收好雪具后一起进入餐厅，享受午饭。At lunchtime, once equipment is stored, coaches and patrollers walk the children to the restaurant together.
- 午饭可以由孩子们在 MSLM 的餐厅自由选择或统一订购，并配有饮料、水、零食等。Children can choose their own meal at the resort restaurant or have lunch ordered for them. Meals include drinks, water and snacks.
- 俱乐部的进餐将统一时间安排，届时不同班级的孩子们会一起吃午饭。Lunch is at a set time, so children from different groups eat together.
- 有特殊情况如食物过敏等，请提前与我们联系。Please inform us in advance of any food allergies or other special requirements.
